I checked it out again today and wanted to try a different sandwich this time since I wasn't a fan of the Smokehouse the first time. I tried the hot ham and cheese and all it is is a piece of ham and velvita in a bun, but still the bun was soggy. There was a hair in it which I picked off and took one bite of the sandwich and threw the rest away I just couldn't do it, it wasn't good. The service was good again this time but the food just wasn't great. I will give it one more shot in a few months to see if they have dialed in the food.

My food was still good today and my milkshake was great. But the main reason for the update is because the service was wonderful today. I am glad to see that I had in fact caught the other person on their bad day. It is always good to remember to give everyone a second chance.

Epic fail on all fronts. Ordered a turkey cheesesteak. Got a Huge bun stuffed with pre-shredded bagged lettuce that was old. Pulled out all the lettuce looking for the meat. One thin dried out piece of processed turkey. On the opposite side of the bun was one thin barely melted piece of cheese. Some mayo and that's it. The bun was microwave heated, which made it chewy. Not the way you make a cheesesteak sandwich. This was more like a shredded lettuce sandwich. Made the mistake of ordering cheesesteak fries. If salt could kill, I'd be dead right now. Couldn't even finish them they were that salty. Ordered ice tea, they forgot it, then ran out. I predict they won't be here in 6 months.

I tried this place for lunch because it was not busy, now I know why. The young ladies taking orders are just rude & impatient. It is very annoying that they are tapping their nails on the counter while waiting for people to decide what they would like. We could hear them doing it from the middle of the dining area. It's your job, get over it. The food did come quick & was hot BUT can we say flavorless & CHEAP considering I just paid $17 for it. The fries had no salt & the burger tasted like it nuked in a microwave. My drink was mostly ice & it was a pain to stand in line for a refill. You should be able to get your own drink. I don't get see this place staying open for long with the current attitudes & prices. Would not recommend this place for sure. Just like most of the crappy attitudes on 10th.

Absolutely horrible food. I got the Philly cheese steak and nearly had to eat my sandwich with a spoon. The bread was dripping wet and mush. The cheese fries are fair until they cool & the cheese hardens. Then they become one big block of gross.

It's really gross because they don't put any extra work into making the bread good to eat. Don't like soggy bread on my sandwiches, it's disgusting when you eat bread that eats like it's been dipped into water, yuck. Do something with that bread and I think this place would be great the fries and sides are really good too.

Got a bacon burger and cheese fries and thought it was great. Youngsters behind the counter were attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Not worth the money! The cheese fries were disgusting! I ordered a cheeseburger (not hard) and that was also disgusting. Don't waste your time here!

They put a lot of work into the remodel, wish they'd do the same with the food. The cheese fries should not be famous, there's a taco place in town that makes much better ones. High priced for what you get. Not sure what the draw will be after the newness wears off. I bet it's gone by summer next year.

Very disappointed. We paid $17 for two sandwiches, a very small fries, and one drink. We were willing to give the place a chance as we have never been there. The sandwiches were mediocre. Tons of shredded iceberg lettuce. We had the cheese steak. Not much to it. Very unmemorable. The fries were basic cheese fries that were cold. We could have gone somewhere else for less with much better food. We will not go again.
